Can I enquire without knowing which chair I need?
Yes. Tell us about your day, your current equipment and what you need help with. Our seating specialists can discuss suitable options with you and your treating professional.
What is included in the rental price?
Powered rentals are $2,000 per month and manual rentals are $100 per week, including seating and delivery. Availability, equipment configuration and any additional applicable charges are confirmed in your quote.
Can I request a wheelchair trial?
Yes. Use the trial request form to tell us which chair interests you, your location and preferred dates. Our team will confirm availability and arrangements with you.
How does a referral work?
Clients, families, occupational therapists and support coordinators can use our online referral form. Complete the relevant contact and client details, then add funding, clinical information and measurements if available.
Who do I call about repairs?
Contact service and repairs on 0452 440 989, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. Damage or malfunction of hired equipment must be reported immediately. Servicing and repairs to GCW rental equipment must be carried out by our team.
